Meet our Legal Counsel

Benjamin Li Yong Le (“Ben”), is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He practiced corporate law in Lee & Lee (a leading Singapore law firm) throughout his entire working career and gained a wide spectrum of experience in corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, employment law, funds and general corporate work.

Ben is currently running his own boutique corporate and commercial law firm under the name and style of Lavocat Law LLC.
